Submissions
One of the objectives of CATPA is to facilitate the sharing of information among the biology community. To do so, researchers are encouraged to submit their own alignment files. Please be as detailed as possible when you describe the contents of the alignment. This will when others search. If the alignment is based on published material, please fill out the optional form that appears at the bottom of the page. The form does not currently do error checking, so make sure the information is correct. If you have found that you have made a mistake, please contact us

Viewing Submissions
- Do I have to have CATPA to view submissions?
- No. We've made the alignments web viewable. There is limited functionality, but you can easily see where and what kinds of annotations are present.
