he CATPA library is a place to query for and either view
online or download CATPA files you find useful that other researchers have submitted.
Currently we use only a keyword search on the protein or protein family, but future work
includes a richer interface to allow querying over all the fields found on the
Submissions page. Of course, if you
choose to download a CATPA file, you'll also need CATPA too. It can be found on the
Downloads page.
Note: it is not necessary to provide a keyword when searching. If no keyword is specified the search will return a complete list of all submitted files.

- No. We do a partial match, so just enough of the first letters to find what you're looking for.
